With it's verdict from 12. Mai 1998, the Land Court Hamburg decided that when someone inserts links on their internet site, they share responsibility for the contents of the link destination site. According to this verdict, the only possible way to avoid this responsibility is when a clear statement of disassociation is shown. On this page, we have links to other websites.
